this guy is selling tons of information and all for a penny, but is charging 10 bucks for the shipping (varies with each auction, but all around 10 bucks), and all he does is email the information to you. So what I want to know is how to report him...anyone else is free to do so as well.
one time collector of consoles...I've had them all, literally. I'm now selling everything to raise money for Northwest Harvest, a charity that provides food and clothing for families in need in the Northwestern United States.

sorry but there is nothing wrong with this auction, he is giving away informations for free and charging Handling and Listing Expenses, if these are really 8 bucks is another thing, but noone has to bid on his auctions, he is clearly stating all costs, so, no, no problem

btw, if he'd be forced to reduce shipping costs then he would reduce them and still make money on it

No, that is in violation. That's avoiding E-bay fees by overcharging on shipping (which their is none). Head over to Safeharbor on the site map page and play around. I'll do it myself later.

    Go here : http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/...umventing.html

And under " To report a listing that circumvents eBay fees " click on " contact us "

You may have to sign in on Ebay first . Sometimes if you're not signed in it says "Your browser is rejecting cookies , please enable cookies. " But just sign out and re-sign in and it works.
