It's a Dreamcast game, just recieved it in a trade.
It's sealed, so i'd like to know if it's worth opening it up. Note that I know no Japanese.
Thanks
I do. It's a pretty fun mech fighter, but I had trouble with the upgrade page. I'd open it and play if I were you.
it's EXACTLY the same as space griffon for the ps one (1994-95 panther software), a first person "action/rpg" in which you play a new member of "amax cleaners", a team of 6 mech pilots that get sent to the moon to investigate a strange event. the game was made before resident evil, yet MANY of the plot elements are similar. the dc version has a smoother framerate, improved visuals, and more cinemas with redesigned characters (focusing on sexier females, of which there are two in the entire game).
the game is fairly straightforward (most menus are in english), but you CAN'T skip the japanese cinemas at all, and some last for about 5-10 minutes! i liked the game, as you don't get unlimited ammo- you have to make shots count, and the last boss is really, REALLY cheap (in fact, i never finished the ps one version and still have a save on a memory card i go back to once or twice a year)... enjoy!
