    The guy's problem is that he just had a stupid idea that wouldn't work and no grossly nefarious intentions. If he were like a great many sellers on e-bay, he would title the auction- HALO 2 X-BOX VIDEO GAME PERFECT XMAS GIFT!!!! and the description would begin with YOU CAN ONLY GET THESE FROM ME NOW!!!! and other such plausibly true though realistically fraudulent statements and only include vague references to what the item really was, focusing instead on just hyping up Halo 2. I guarantee he'd make hundreds of dollars from selling them.
