$165ish for rock band. Second, $100 for Guitar hero 3 with a few extras. Third, $90 for guitar hero 2 with some extras. And then the Bioshock L.E comes in at fourth at about $65.
Funny, I either never paid full price for any of these or I got some extra stuff with them.
80 bucks a couple years ago for Skyhammer for the Jaguar from Songbird.
I'm a cheap b@stard so 50$ for street fighter anniversary edition for ps2, the one with 3rd strike
$350 for a converted STRIKERS 1945 PLUS for the Neo Geo
$300 for a Samurai Showdown 5 Special for the Neo Geo
$250 for caltron 6 in 1 for NES!
I think $80 for Legend of Zelda Ocarana of Time pre order.
Looking to complete my Dreamcast collection...
Im pretty cheap on video games. I like getting stuff late so I dont have to pay full price unless I really really want it. I did pay $50 for God of War 2.
I paid $115 for my factory sealed copy of Ninja Gaiden Trilogy for Snes. Thats the last time I'm doing that.

Steel Battalion for Xbox

I think it was the $90 (or it might have been $95) I paid for Guitar Hero II (though, to be fair, some of that was store credit). I have no real high dollar games in my collection (and rarely even pay the $50 or $60 for new games around launch time).
$289 Canadian for Shinrei Jusatsushi Taromaru I guess.
No wait... $1100 for Ketsui ~kizunajigokutachi~ bare pcb.
I paid $215 for my striping horn of sucess . Thats the first time I'm doing that.
$300 for King of Fighters '99 (Neo-Geo) back in the day
Robot, fight like a chicken!
Not counting arcade games, i paid like 600 usd for a zelda test cart
The cart costed 300 usd shipped ... but a friend sent cash on a letter and the postal service stole the money ... i could not claim anything because it is forbidden to send cash on an envelope
So i had to pay again by wire transfer to brazil :S
