    Default CUBE (gcn) Help...

This is for all you Gamecubers out there. ok I'm currently playing and loving SSX Tricky, but my christmas money is saying "get a new game". That game may be Tony Hawk but i'm concerned about the similarities. Will I love THUG just as much??

also - I've been trying to locate a game called "Road Trip -the arcade edition" it was reviewed in GMR (#12) can anyone tell me if it's actually out there?

You will love Tony Hawk underground just as much, if not more! The getting out and driving cars is a cool little new feature. It pretty much follows the same lines as the rest except now your an up rising star. Cool game worth buying.

Im not positive but im pretty sure that Road Trip game never came out.
Somebody make me a "CGE 2k7 Attendee banner" so I don't have to use this lame text

I would try to be patient with the Road Trip game. I remember when Road Trip came out for ps2 a few months ago, OPM had the review for it at least 3 months in advance of me actually seeing it on a shelf. It'll probably come out, it just might take it a little while.

The main difference between the Hawk and SSX games is that the Hawk's are more objective-oriented and perhaps a little more open-ended (at least in the later installments) than SSX (althought I havne't played 3). The control schemes from each are something you'll have to adapt to (I had a hard time with SSX at first after expecting it to be like Hawk, and your problem might be vice versa). If all else fails, plop $20 on THPS4 and see if you like it before plunking down $50 on the new one.
