I got a $20 Best Buy Gift Card from some relatives. It was either money towards a GameCube or some PSX games. I chose The Walking Tall Trilogy.

I got $250 in cash. So far I've ordered Virtual Skipper 2 & Virtual Skipper 3, and I've bought Trainz Railroad Simulator 2004 & Railroad Tycoon 3. And the remaining $50 is reserved for Microsoft Train Simulator 2, as soon as it comes out. Hopefully I'll be getting more money for my birthday in a few days, so I can get some more of the games on my wishlist. I could use another $250 already! I was tempted to get a PS2, but that would only get me a system with a good MOD chip right now. So I'm waiting until they drop the price to $99. I was also tempted to get a rare game that I want, but that would've taken the whole $250, and I decided I'd rather have a variety of new games.

My wife and I decided to get parts to build a new Franken-PC as our current one is dying.

Ordered a pretty blue case, Chaintech NForce Socket A motherboard, AMD Athlon XP 2200+ CPU and 512 MB of RAM.

FINALLY we'll be "up to date" at least for a week.
