Default Can someone help me find the "game codes" on my GC

I am trying to get the free Zelda compilation disc. I guess I need to register a GC system and 2 games on the Nintendo site. However I cannot locate the "game codes" on the games. The site states that "Software registration requires a special PIN that can be found in selected game titles". I have checked all 6 of my games and cannot locate any damn codes!!

Only some of the recent releases have the PIN codes in em. Offhand I can think of Mario & Luigi, and Mario Kart: Double Dash.

And the number in question on the cube is on the bottom of the console. It'd probably be cheaper for you just to subscribe to nintendo power and get the offer that includes that collection disc.

Well it figures it wouldn't be easy. I mean I bought a new GC and 6 brand new games. That is not enough to get a free disc?

Anyone have a "game code" or 2 they don't need?

Register your Gamecube and buy a subscription to Nintendo Power for $19. That's what I'm planning on doing

You have to get two games of the following:
    -Mario party five
    -Mario kart DD
    -1080 snowboarding
-Mario & luigi supoerstar saga GBA

If ya dont have two of those games, your SOL. Kinda lame, I know. You can always get the nintendo power subscription, and enjoy literature made for 3-year olds for a whole year! enjoy.

OK, so I spent like $350 and no free game. Now I have to buy a stupid magazine subscription. Well that really sucks. I do like my GC though, so I shouldn't complain.

Do you have one of those games? I haven't registered my Mario Party 5 yet and already have my disc...

Yeah, if you dont have mariokart DD, you need to get it ASAP. Couple that with Querjek's code, and you'll be home free.

I was wondering, are the pins for games of the same title all the same or are they randomly generated. I bought the DoubleDash but can't find my PIN, I do have my pin for Mario Party 5 though. So can we share pins?

The codes have to be from different games. Check through all of the slips that came with MKD!!, but you may just be missing it. It's on the back of one that's like "Join My Nintendo! Woo!". If you still can't find it, I'd suggest calling Nintendo.

No, what he means is each PIN code totally unique, even within the same game title. The answer is yes, every PIN is unique and you can't use it more than once.

I have been looking, and it has been misplaced/destroyed/thrown out.... who knows with little kids in the house. Either way I cannot find it as of now.

Thanks Mayhem, thats what I was thinking but needed confirmation.
