Guess I'll bump this up, for what it's worth.

SNES 001 X4 (each a different revision, although I can remember which off the top of my head)
SNES 101 X2 (one in a custom shell)
    SFC 001
    Sattelaview
    N64 X2 (orange and black)
    64DD
    GameCube X2 (silver and black)
    Panasonic Q
    Wii
    Genesis 1 X2
    Sega CD (front load) X2
Genesis 3 X2 (one in custom shell)
    32X
Saturn X2 (US and JP gray)
    Dreamcast X2 (US and JP)
    PS1 (5001)
    PSone (with LCD)
PS2 phat X2 (US and JP)
    PS2 slim (JP)
    PS3 (phatslim)
    Xbox
Xbox 360 (original non-HDMI still alive and kicking after only 1 repair so far)
    Gameboy
    Gameboy Pocket (blue)
Gameboy Color X2 (teal and atomic purple)
Gameboy Advance X3 (Glacier w/ backlight mod, black, orange)
    Gameboy Advance clone
Gamboy Advance SP X2 (blue AGS-001, Onyx AGS-101)
Gameboy Micro X7 (black, silver, red, pink, blue, green, orange and possibly a purple on the way)
DS lite X2 (white and red/black)
    3DS (red)
    Sony PSP 1001
Neo Geo Pocket Color X4 (blue camo w/ front light mod, silver-blue, clear yellow JP mini, silver JP mini)
    Sega Nomad
    Retrogen (portable Genesis)
Wonderswan X2 (silver w/ backlight mod, clear blue)
    Wonderswan Color (clear orange)
Swan Crystal X2 (both violet, one with front light mod)

Plus a massive stash of semi-functional or dead consoles that need some TLC whenever I find time to tinker.

Here's an update of what I still have that I plan to keep:

Playstation (model 1 w/ Gameshark port & soundscope) - for nostalgia only; to be used exclusively on my ex stepdad's old color monitor on which I first experienced the Playstation. [got a PS-X-Change 2 swap disc]

    main gaming systems:

    1. NES (model 1) [got a Powerpak]
    2. Genesis (model 2) [got an Everdrive which also allows me to play Master System]
    3. SNES (model 1) [got a Powerpak] [got a Super Game Boy & 64MB USB Smart Card for Game Boy]
    4. Saturn [modded]
    5. PS One [modded]
    6. Nintendo 64 (expansion pak'd) [got an Everdrive]
    7. Dreamcast [revision that plays backups]
    8. Playstation 2 (model 1) [modded]
    9. Xbox [modded]
    10. Gamecube (w/ Game Boy Player attached)
    11. Wii (w/ Gamecube BC) [got Homebrew Channel]
    12. PS3 60GB
    13. Xbox 360 Elite
    14. Game Boy Advance SP [got an EZ Flash IV]
    15. Nintendo DS (original model) [got an R4i]
    16. PSP 1000 [got CFW]
    17. Nintendo 3DS

So far my only systems on the above list that aren't being taken crazy advantage of are Xbox 360, PS3 & 3DS. They'll be on the market for a while so I'm going to be nice to them.

Systems I am trying to get rid of or trade up for a different model:
    1. Game Gear (Sega model) [want Majesco model + Everdrive & full color TV out mod]
    2. Sega Nomad [not necessary anymore; might just keep if I can't get what I paid for it]
    3. Magnavox CD-i 450 [want whatever model plays backups, my guess is the bulky original Philips model?]
    4. Playstation 2 (Slim) [might be sold on ebay in a few hours if I'm lucky. Oh the times we had together. I'll miss you..., but sorry you've been made obsolete by your long lost, fat, modded cousin]
    5. Playstation (model 1) (modchipped for USA/Japan but doesn't play burned games) [Surpassed by my PS One with a more liberal modchip]

Systems I used to have that would really be great to re-buy:
    3DO (FZ-10) [region free!]
    Neo Geo CD [region free!]
Sega CD (model 2) [region free!]
TurboDuo - might get PC Engine Duo-R instead for better durability [region free cds!; Everdrive available!]

Emerson Arcadia 2001 [I might as well since I bought a custom Multicart with every game for the system on it]
Anything else on my old list I can find a flash cart / large multicart for and get cheap.

Neo Geo AES would be the good one to get again and bother with legitimately just because the games and system will probably always retain a steady value. It might be an interesting new experience to go the MVS route next time instead though.

Systems I haven't had yet that I would like to try:
    Commodore Amiga
    Neo Geo MVS (full cabinet)
N-Gage (just to see how different X-Men Legends plays on it since I managed to pick up the game cheap & there appears to be no emulator yet)
    PS Vita
    Wii U

I'm a collector, but only to a certain extent.
Not as extreme as Rickstilwell though.[/quote]

I don't have a ton of space (live in a shared apartment, so just have one room basically), so I collect only enough to play what I want, rather than keep everything. here's what I've got:

    Consoles:
    - Famicom
    - Nintendo 64
    - Gamecube
    - Wii U 8GB
    - Playstation 2 (fat)
    - Playstation 3 (slim)

    Handheld:
    - Sega Game Gear
    - Gameboy Advance
    - DS Lite
    - New 3DS (og size, not xl)
    - Playstation Vita (og)

I also have a PC and an Android. I plan on getting a bit more platforms in the future (SNES or SFC, PC-Engine, Genesis, Dreamcast, and WonderSwan), but that'll take me awhile probably, haha.
