    Default Famicom SMB 3 exist?

I have been checking off an on for about 6 months on eBay for a japanese version of Super Mario Bros 3 because I knew someday I would have a famicom (and I finally won a brand new sealed Game Theory Admiral for $50) but I never see it. Was it called something else or is it rare and I have no chance of ever getting it?

Hey Pango, do you think if you ever come across one on ebay you could shoot me it's URL? I would be most appreciative.

OMG and that is what I actually type! I try "super mario bros 3 famicom" or "smb 3 famicom" and I never get anything ha ha. Hopefully I will have better luck soon. Thanks.

Actually, Just use many variations because youd be surprised what people list it as. And leave the 3, Super, and Bros. out of your search. Just search for these following items, and then scroll through the search results

    Mario Famicom
    Mario Japan
    Mario Japanese
    Mario Fam
    Mario Import
Mario famicon (thats Famicon, with an N, people love to mispell this word)

Randomly search for these and you'll occasionally find one. Good luck!

Technically that's correct in a sense but, since there's no single 'm' sound in Japanese, they use 'n'

It's short for 'FAMIly COMputer' though it's spelled 'konpyutaa' in Japanese, so it'd be 'famicon' but I've seen both spellings used, so try either
