    Default N64 memory cards

Did the Nintendo brand N64 memory cards come in a box when they were first released, or did they always come in those plastic containers like the cube cards? Thanks in advance for the info.

Boxed first, just like the games, and actually all of the other accessories at the time. Same size boxes as the games, I believe.
RIP bargora, you will be greatly missed. That is how we do things on Giedion Prime.

Your right...it looks just like any other game box. The expansion pack and rumble pack were also availible in these boxes.

All accessories actually came boxed first (mem cards, controllers, expansion packs, rf switches, etc) came in a cardboard box.

Eventually, everything started getting shipped in blister packs towards the end of the N64's life cycle.
