Default Pocketstation : Which US PSone games actually support it?

Remember when the Pocketstation was announced back in 1998? I was so excited for that thing. Well, Today I finally purchased one to help rekindle my PSone fetish. I know that there were a lot of games that were supposed to support the Pocketstation...

But, which US released games actually do support it? Please help me to compile a list - - -

The only ones that I know of right now that at least had planned pocketstation support are Final Fantasy 8, Ridge Racer Type 4 & one of the Crash bandicoot games?

Any Pocketstation experts in the house?

Hmm, I could swear there was some fighting game that supports it... It might be Japan only, though.

Also, DDR 3rd Mix (also Japanese) has some kind of Pocketstation support, but I don't know much of the details. Mail me one and I'll find out. ;-)

Legend of Mana had support for the Japanese version (monster raising mini-game could be downloaded), but the manual doesn't mention it and I don't have a Pocketstation myself, so I can't tell you if it made it into the US version.

I'm not sure if the items couldn't be collected any other way, but FF8 did let you play ChocoboWorld through PocketStation. I kind of don't think the US PS1 version let you, though - the PC version had ChocoboWorld, but not the PS1.

I think the american FF8 and SaGa Frontier 2 did. Square wanted their games to be compatible when Pocketsation came here, though it never did.

Wonder why Sony never did release that over here anyway? Maybe for the same reason The Wonderswan never got released -- fear it would'nt do well?

Awesome. I have Street Fighter Alpha 3, R4 & Legend of Mana. I'm getting FF8 soon too. So I'll test them all out and let ya'll know.

Just for more info I know that the Japane only re releases of Rockman 1-6 on PSone supported it as well. I have 2 of the Rockman games, so I'll check that out too.

Blessed mother of understanding Katakan, don't fail me now. ^_^
