    Default Best Picture...starring Mario?

Hey guys, this my first post here, but I've been here a while lurking in the shadows. Anyway, I came across this and I figured you would get a kick out of it. Scroll down on the link below till you see the Marioland Tragedy, it's a 3 parter! Enjoy!

Thats actually pretty cool...way better than the actual Mario Bros movie. And the cliffhanger ending, I want to see how it ends. BTW, glad to see you've come out of the shadows and joined us here. When you get a chance, please introduce yourself in this thread:

Impressive. Very well done. Reminds me of an Indie film. Impressive.

You shared with me, I'll share with you. You haven't lived until you've seen "Rise of the Mushroom Kingdom". This one has a twist. And is quite literally the opposite. (Great use of music in this one as well. AND it's 16-bit!)

    Part 1
    Part 2

If you enjoyed that one, you will enjoy ROTMK. Both are worth a watch.

I think that most people caught wind of those 3 Mario Bros. flash animations from Penny Arcade on Wednesday.

Hahaha, I hadn't seen either the ones posted first or these. That last one was great.

Apparently there's a third part in the making called "The Thwart of Wart".

    SPOILER:

At the end of the second part, did you notice the little wording saying no one understood why Wart was there? That was great. People didn't seem to realize that it wasn't Bowser going after the Mario's. It was Wart. And at the end, Wart comes to take Luigi down.

I personally can't wait to see how the creator does this one. If it's as well done as the first two parts, it'll be kick-ass to see Luigi going through the SMB2 landscape this time.. I HOPE he goes through the SMB2 landscape. I dunno. We'll see.

The first time I saw Luigi tear up, I literally almost broke down. The music set the mood so well and watching Luigi's face go from sad to complete rage is classic.

I'm also looking forward to part 4 of the other movie. Is there a main page I should watch so I don't miss it?
