    Default Megadrive Pirate games query

I just bought this ... and thought that I had done quite well:

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...EBWN%3AIT&rd=1

However, the seller (to his credit) contacted me to say that since listing it he had been made aware that some of the games may not be genuine.

He emailed me photos which show Rainbow Islands, Jurassic Park and Fist of the North Star .. all have no manual, and do not appear to have the green & black "MD" logo that Japanese Megadrive games have. Is this enough to confirm that they are definitely fakes? If they are fakes, I don't want them .. but if they are genuine, I do

I can email the close up photos he sent me tomorrow (they are on my work email) if there is anyone who thinks they could give me a final word on the matter. Would be much appreciated ..

Boot carts look different from real ones too...should be easy to tell with close up pics. I can't tell at that distance.

    Default hmm

Turned out that all the good ones were bootlegs. So I didn't buy. Shame, cause I'd quite like Rainbow Islands... I'll get it some other time tho
