Infinium Labs fires another volley at HardOCP

In a nutshell a letter was sent by lawyers representing Infinium and listed things that needed to be changed (to "thier" own words) in the article HardOCP had written "or else". HardOCP changed five items (as listed in the url above) from the list the lawyers sent as the rest that, according to HardOCP, "were not based in reality [in regards to the article]".

Gotta love business these days. If this thing does come out and the system gets negative reviews is Infinium going to sue the reviewers?

Very interesting reads. I applaud HardOCP for their courage.

The point is that Infinium Labs actions and public statements in the last couple of months did nothing to weaken the concerns, on the contrary, the worries increased. Not only the worries about the seriousness and credibility are real, also the reasons for the worries are real and well founded.

IF this game system will ever see the light of the day, which I doubt very much, it will be an alibi release which cost some money, wiill still guarantee good profit for Infinium labs, and the system will be dead right after it's birth.

Maybe Infinium Labs could just post another screenshot of Metroid Prime. I am sure that would help.
