Wow. Awesome finds, MAS. Especially on that Gameboy Camera. Has anyone figured out how to record video off one of those things? I always thought the GBC video had a great PXL 2000 look to it.

Anyway, the thrifts around here have been real dry lately, so I've been hitting up all the pawn and video shops to get my games. Here's what I've found:

GTA Double Pack for Xbox: $30 at pawn

Vandal Hearts II & Mr. Domino: $12 at pawn

Gallop Racer 2001: $10 at BB Game Rush (finally! just wish they had 2003 instead)

...and japanese Virtual Boy Space Squash & Space Invader manuals off ebay for $30

I just found Stack-Up for NES for $8 at a Game Crazy store tonight. I have a friend in Texas who just bought a Rob the Robot off of ebay and told me if I found the game, he'd reimburse me plus pay for shipping. Of the list of games he wanted me to look for, this was the one I never thought I would find, so I was obviously surprised when I found it.

Well, it *IS* VB Space Invaders and Space Squash. Thats about the equallivant of a NES Stadium Events and Flintstones: SADP manual. I'm a hardcore VB collector though, so I thought I got a fair deal

I picked up an antique gumball machine for my gameroom at an auction.

Today I go pick up that double Vs. cabinet. (Super Mario Brothers/Excitebike)

If the eBay gods are with me, tomorrow I'll pick up a jukebox.

I got a brand new Mega Man X5 for PSone today at Blockbuster for only 10 bucks. I can't wait to give that game a whirl.
I also picked up Clayfighter 63 1/3 at GS today for $5.

I just got back from picking up a Nintendo Vs. Sit-Down arcade machine. One side has Super Mario Bros. and the other side has Golf. The side with Golf has some monitor problems that I plan on getting fixed, but other than that it is in pretty good shape. I paid $125 for it, so I feel that it was a good deal. I will be posting another message later that will include pictures.

I also got a bunch of free Nintendo advertisements that Wal-Mart was getting rid of, including a big 4 foot long sign (really nice) and I will try to get pics of that too later.

    I did ok yesterday.

    Darkstalkers 3 - $15.99
    Used Wavebird - $15
Xenosaga strategy guide and Power Glove Instruction Booklet - $6

The power glove instruction booklet is hillarious. It has all these little cartoons of this creepy guy in sunglasses teaching some kid how to use it.

"Gee game master, my glove isn't working!"
"That's because you're not in the power circle jimmy!"
    "WOW GAME MASTER YOU'RE RAD!"

I didn't find many deals this weekend so far, but haven't really looked hard either--I did pick up Brute Force (Xbox) $13.49, and Perfect Dark for N64 $5.99--both from Gamecrazy--not really great deals, but not bad for good games!
