was wondering if anyone had any url's for sites that have emulators for systems like the sega cd, 32x, 3do, playdia, and others. Thanks for any help.

Well, I have no idea where you'll manage to find Playdia ISO's... but if you're looking for less common stuff, then get yourself a newreader and go to alt.binaries.emulators.misc on Usenet. It's part of the alt.binaries.emulators.* heirarchy (that also includes a.b.e.sega, which would have SegaCD and 32X stuff), but a.b.e.misc is sort of a catch-all for anything that doesn't fit in the already established groups.

Welcome to the fray! Check out the welcome thread, which has links to Sega CD and 32X emulators. The most popular 3DO emulator seems to be Freedo, but I haven't tried it myself.
