To my knowledge only in japan. We got MGS:TS which is a 3D remake of MGS for the PSOne (so it looks and plays like MGS2:SoL)

Though it could be a hidden bonus if you get all the dogtags or something in the mutiple difficulties. I dont know, ive not gotten it yet...

It's a Gamecube version of the NES game to my knowledge. And yes, that bundle is Japan only. I think there's a similar one gonna be released in the US but minus the bonus disc of course.
