Paper Mario 2 looks pretty cool, especially fighting those massive amounts of skeleton turtles and that huge creature.

I can't seem to get those links to load. *kicks dial up* But Paper Mario 2 sounds awesome. :P

I heard that they were thinking of porting the original to GameCube in Europe but this is obviously a hell of a lot cooler. Assuming it's real anyway... *kicks dial up again*

It IS an April Fool. It is so OBVIOUSLY faked.

Luigi is NOWHERE to be found AT ALL in Sunshine. Sorry to get your hopes up. It's as fake as the reports that Yoshi was ridable in Mario 64. It just ain't happening.

I too can't get the Paper Mario 2 link to load. It's not Dial-Up. [Kicks Daria's Dial-up] I'm on Cable.

I don't know why, the original did come out on the N64 in Europe. Though it now commands a £30-40 price minimum on eBay

Loved the original btw... this is gonna be right near the top of my wants list until it comes out. The screenshots are fabulous... though it will be curious to see what part the female koopa plays in all of this...

Paper Mario 2 looks good...cant wait! As for the other....April Fools! It's already been said though. I already got fooled once when I went to www.cheapassgamer.com and seen a huge "we've been bought out by Best Buy and will change to BestBuyGamer.com message" ahhhh, April Fools, good times good times.

I missed out on Paper Mario for the N64, so I'll be working hard to make sure I can get a copy of PM2. Those shots look sweeeeeet.

And as for the faked Sunshine pics, it's a pretty obvious cut and paste job. If they'd worked harder to blend in the look it may have been somewhat passable, but the obvious difference in appearance just gives it away.

    relax they are real

taken from the site which posted the screens:
Even though it's April 1st, this is NOT I repeat, NOT an April Fools Day joke. This IS the real deal.

Game-Science.com has somehow manged to snag the first ever screens off of the next issue of Famitsu magazine (scheduled to hit tommorow April 2). Naturally, being April 1st, these screens seemed too good to be true. Fortunately, sources in Japan have confirmed that they are in fact genuine (the same sources who managed to get the first rip of the Resident Evil 4 video this week).

Even so, one only has to look at the amazing detail in the screens to see that it can't possibly be a joke.
    also ign.com confirmed it:

not only that, has NOONE NOTICED ??? :

" Screenshots have been provided by one reader who only would be identified as OlfOprlia."

OlfOprlia = April Fool (and additionally it ends with liar)

The Luigi thing started like.... 3 days after SMS was released. He's not in the game. I wish some people would just give it up.

bodacious! I can't wait to play Paper mario 2, I might even import it, if our release dates are that delayed. The graphics look so cool and smoot there.
Somebody make me a "CGE 2k7 Attendee banner" so I don't have to use this lame text
