Arcade parts

Hi everyone. Just got back from my cruise overseas and about 2 weeks from now I will be taking vacation for 2 weeks. During the time until I go on vacation I'm working on cleaning up my garage and workshop. After that I'll have the 2 weeks to go through a lot of arcade stuff and test it. Basically what I am looking for is a gauge of interest in arcade boards, power supplies, pinball stuff, etc. I want to start trading away some of this stuff or selling it but need to prioritize what I test. If there is something you are interested in drop me a PM. If I have it I can test it or repair it as needed. I don't have a 100% inventory of everything but I have rough ideas so I should be able to tell you what I have. I do not have the capability of testing any vector stuff (not taking the chance of broken boards in my Tempest or Asteroids Deluxe)but all the rest I can generally get to work on my test rig.

What I am mainly looking for is good PC parts to go into a MAME machine as well as an Opti-Pac, J-Pac, ArcadeVGA or cash to buy that on my own. Of course I wouldn't turn down some offers of carts or parts for a 65 Ford Thunderbird

Please let me know if there is any interest so I can plan my vacation and you can help me clean some room around here. Also no machines are for trade/sale right now though I may end up getting rid of my Gyruss standup and DKjr cocktail. Thanks,

Well let me know what you are looking for and if I have any of it I'd be glad to test it and make a deal. Not really interested in shipping any of the full size machines out but I hope to make the next NAVA (not todays)so I can bring items there if that is an option. Every time I have ever shipped a machine it became a headache so I quit messing with it. I usually end up just selling the working machines to locals for my time, parts + $150 or so which is a good deal given what I normally pay for machines

Right now I have about 75 JAMMA boards (lot of POW, SF2, etc) that I can test in short order plus some older stuff I would have to build rigs for like Zaxxon, Phoenix, Spy Hunter etc.

Darth: I'll test a Phoenix for you and also see if I have a spare Pleaides since they are the same pinout.

NAVA is a collector's meeting that happens in NJ every other month or so. I have not been to the new location but hope to get there a few times during the summer. Some in is available on the main digital press page but I think this will take you right to it.

spoon: I'm sure I have some Nintendo stuff but not sure what. I know I ripped apart a bunch of Vs cabs over the years including some Donkey Kong machine converted into a Vs Skiing I think - some Nintendo skiing game anyway. I'll let you know.[/url]
