    Default Graphics Problem (Saturn)

I decided that I'd finally get round to playing Croc Legend of the Gobbos on my Sega Saturn today and found that it was having a problem with missing textures. (It's a Pal Saturn and a PAL copy of the game).

Anyone know why this is happening the game is loading and running fine the system isn't having any problems reading the disc and all the other games we tryed seem to be okey bar this one.

The Enemies are showing only as eyeballs.
The Controller on the options is only showing the Saturn logo and the buttons, the Head phones are also missing half the textures.

Checked the quality of the disc too and it's spotless no dust no scratches nothing att all that could be causing a loading problem with the textures it's got me stumpped

Wild ass guess: One of the processors is dead or dying. Not Good.

It could be the laser, but I doubt it. They read or they don't in my experience. What you have here is a very selective failure.

Although I speak out of ignorance, it looks as if the game is missing a layer. On a side note, that is one bizzare screen shot. It makes Croc look like Rayman.

It's not the system. It's the game. Restart it. See if it happens again. Mine does it too.
