I remember when the first Thrill Kill "unreleased prototype" for Playstation went on Ebay. I don't remember exactly for how much it sold (around 100 GBP). Now if you search it on Ebay, you can see how many copies of this "proto" are for sale...
Today I've found this Kill Wheel. Pay attention: I think it will sell for a lot of money but I think also that you will be able to grab a copy of it in the next weeks for 20 BIN...
The seller has also 2 copies of Thrill Kill for sale...

NOTE: This is a PROTOTYPE CD, so your game system will need to be able to play prototypes to play this title (just like with Thrill Kill).

Read: this is a copy. You need a modded console to play it...

It's kinda weird that he has a picture with a box for Kill Wheel while he's using stock photos for Thrill Kill. I wonder if Kill Wheel's a stolen pic too or if that's what you actually get when you buy it.

It is kinda strange that it has full art work, for most protos (especially of the PS kind) tended to be burned discs in the first place. I do know that test copies were released with covers on them, and occasionally package art as well. This is interesing, and for now its not all that expensive either. I'll have to keep an eye on this one.

Taking a closer look at the disc itself, you can see that its not an official Sony disc because the center ring is clear. However this doesnt prove its a fake, The Screened Proto's that I have for the PSOne are on CDR's of some sort, and not on final Sony Discs.But their cover art is no where near as nice as this one's is. Its hard to tell with this picture but it looks like the cover is a print out, and not a true manual. I'm gonna email him and see what he says.

I have a question about this prototype. Is the manual actually a manual (with more than the cover to it) or is it a laser printed copy of some sort? Do you have any other pics that you might be able to send me, that can show the manual or even the back insert a little closer? I am very curious about how you came into such a cool item and any information you give me would be much appreciated.

Actually, I picked this item up in Indonesia while on vacation. At first, I had no idea it was Kill Wheel because I was unaware that they made a name change on the game at the last minute before canning it only a few weeks before release. I had been looking forward to this game since it was first shown in EGM, and then disappeared. I asked the store owner there if I could try it out and as soon as the game-play started, I knew what it was.
Apparantly, a few stores in asia got pre-release "evaluation" copies of it for beta-testing and quality assurance (since Asia gets all the releases first anyway). I'm not 100% sure how accurate this info since it did come from the store owner, who claims to be one of the few. Regardless, it IS a legitimate prototype of the game with real factory-pressed CD art on it. As far as I can tell, it was only for "evaluation" use for the stores, and does require either a mod-chip (this is how I tested it), or demo unit, or maybe
just a asian PS1 to play... I played a few levels before I got killed, so it
looks like the whole game is there (cinemas and all). The manual cover is just a slip of paper (NOT home-made), and the back cover is a full back cover, both of which came with the game when I bought it. Sadly, there were only 2 available for purchace and they did cost me quite a bit. One copy I gave to a friend as a gift, who had been looking forward to it as well, the other I still have (duh).

I misread, I thought he was saying the store sold two, but he gave one to a freind, kept one for himself and was selling a third. My mistake.

Didn't I say that? He has made some copies of that first pirate copy and he will sell them as prototypes. This time, since it is just a cd-r, no pictures of the disk.
