This is on page 303 of the DP Collector's Guide (Seventh Edition) under Non-Cartridge Items. It's got a rarity rating of 8 and the listed price is $30 though their introduction does state that their prices tend to be on the low side.

Our prices are without a box, so that seems right on. One of us should add a note about the price as well to make things clear. I already made a note about the box issue itself, but not price.
