Maybe not for the $39.99 sale price, but you should be able to find it somewhere for full price pretty easily. They made lots and lots of them.

The lady at TRU was a downright b-- to some guy who didn't have a reserve. And the three Funco's I've been to over the past few days had reserve-only copies.
I went into two places yesterday that seemed to have it (I didn't actually ask because I'm not buying it until the new year).
EB had scads of copies strewn about on their display shelf (for $74.99 CAD), and rip-off microplay guy was talking to somebody and mentioned he had it for $89.99 CAD. I have a feeling it will be around but it really depends on your area.
