Default Spot the hidden gem in this generic 2600 lot of 10...

Should be easy, lots of others apparently already have...

Too bad this wasn't a BIN lot...that would have made a good brag for somebody.

Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.

Hey River Patrol! One of my favorite arcade games when I was a kid.. I never even knew there was a 2600 version until the internet basically. So that's definitely one "rare" cart I'd like to have due to my nostalgia of the arcade game.. but unfortunately, "rarity" means everything to collectors so ZOOM! Up goes the price aah well, thank god for the Cuttle Cart.

With a starting bid of $800, you just know this one is chock full of rarities-

Well, it does come with cables to connect to ANY TV. So if you have a hi-def plasma and have been wondering how you can hook an Atari up to it, this one will do it.

Also, it comes with paddles for Tennis. Tennis, by Activision, uses joysticks. So this either has modified paddles, or a rare proto by Activision.

See? It's value is going up already!

They show up every 2-3 months. Maybe a little less actually like very 4 months. They land somewere around 400 from what I rember. I saw a boxed one a year or two ago on ebay.

Man, if only that guy would have listed the names of the auction, it would probably jump up like crazy. I've never played River Patrol yet, but I may just go download it.

I honestly believe this person does not know they have a rare game in the lot and have just now been clued into it. Either that, or he decided not to list names on purpose and just throw in the commons to sweaten the deal.

Hmm, looks like he ended the auction. Perhaps he got a bit clued in?

Of course he did. I'm sure some collector offered to buy it behind the scenes like most fucktards do. eBay is becoming less of a place to sell and more of an advertising tool every day.
