Updated the list after a really long time, and I still think it's longer than it was before...
I go online sometimes, but ... everyone's spelling is really bad, and it's ... depressing.

That's a pretty cool feature that you can put a tab on what you've beaten! Also all the information they have in the columns with game rating, system, and estimated value of collection is nice. I should check if I registered to that site (can't remember) and unlock that little area.Originally Posted by Xantan the Foul
As for my backlog, it's a pretty long list. All the games I've been buying lately plus finally getting into Summer break I can begin playing all those games and watch all my animes. It'll take quite awhile but I'll get some good gameplay in. I won't list those games on backlog, but if you look at my game collection list, it's most every game on there. :/

Q1. To have it now. It's always nice to own a game and not worry about getting it later down the line, when it's possible the game might spike in price and demand.Originally Posted by Sylentwulf
Q2. It's that old romancized thought that ONE day (preferably a hot sticky summer night or an innocent winter's day) we will sit down and enjoy an RPG quest like no other.
In 2003 I disliked RPGs, but convinced myself to buy all the "recommended" RPGs on Saturn. I still have yet to play through one, but I have no regrets in buying any of them. One day I will get to some of them, others I may never get to.
So what? Then, I can sell it. RPGs seem to stay constant in price so you can always get your $$ back if not more.
But yeah, people just like to own things w/o worrying about getting them later.
Okay, I still had an account on there with about 100 games already saved on my "owned" list. The thing I remember now while trying to add more is that it's taking FOREVER to add crap with the +add and searching feature. Is there a quicker way to just add massive amounts of games at once without all the BS of it even having just 10 options per screen? Blah!

It didn't used to be that way, you used to just be able to bring up an entire list of games for a system and just check the box for each game you own and click "add" at the bottom.Originally Posted by cyberfluxor
Then IGN decided to "upgrade" the lists. This meant clunkier, no borders between systems, and up until recently you couldn't even have them in alphabetical order if you sorted by system. I had a pretty strong topic complaining about it with lots of feedback from other users backing me up, but then they made that whole board for "IGN Insiders only" so now I can't even view the topic that I created
