NES QUESTION... COWBOY KID

Hey guys I saw Cowboy Kid was only a 6, I think it is more rare, what do yall think do many have it???

Also Why is Maxi 15 a 7 while Action 52 is an 8 and Cheetahmen II a 9... I am just wondering if someone has production #s or if these are all on how often they appear at auction.

I just picked up a Sealed Maxi 15 and have a complete Cheetahmen II, I was just curious to see why the big difference in rarity

There are production numbers for Cheetahmen II of around 1200 copies but the way they were sold makes is look easier to come by then it is.
