I never played the first Civ but Civ2 kept me busy for months. I can't remember my first "loss" but after this post I think I'll fire it up again. I also played the Fantastic Worlds add-on which was cool and the Star Wars add-on was cool too back then. Civ3 I probably will pass on since there is way too many cool PC games to keep me busy. :grin:
The Mongols. I was on Prince difficulty and they came from out of nowhere (which you may call Asia) in about 1000 BC, and captured Rome, what with me being the Romans, this was a bad thing.
2000 or so years later, all I have left is one city, that I just founded, no protection or anything. Then I died.
