Default Two N64 auctions. Different sellers. Same photo.

    Take a look at this.

There's your average N64 auction with a console, Zelda, Mario, a wrestling game, and so on.

    Now, look at this:

    Say, that photo looks familiar...

I like the fact that they are both "Nitendo 64"'s. Hmm...

Hmmm...which one is the fake? An incorrect guess may cost you quite a bit.

I remember when I bought my harvest moon cow there was one auction that ended first and went for like $50, then two other auctions popped up, the last auction had stolen it's picture from the first auction which had already ended but was at a lower price then the second auction. So of course I bid on the "real" auction and hoped everyone would flock to the fake... which they did. Actually I hope it wasn't a fake but it certainly helped keep the price of my plushie down. (:

Looks like the first one is the legit auction, and the second one is an auction with a picture stolen from the first one.

I think your right with that... But why do they steal pics, the original pic owner could just get it pulled?! and ruin his auction.

It could be that the seller has two ebay accounts. Taking photos from an auction and using them in yours is a bad idea, but if the items for sale don't even match why would you even try to get away with it. What an Ass Hat!
Condoleezza Rice is nice, but I prefer A Roni!
