Actually I see these all the time with labels ON, so one without a label in THAT condition WOULD be rare ...
My question is, usually when the label is damaged, it's usually there in some respect. This one, it's all gone... I don't get it. Why 'clean' it off further?

I bought an SNES Bust a Move once with half the label torn off. It really looked like shit and bothered the hell out of me so I scrubed the rest of it off until it was bare. It's the only game we have that looks like that so it's pretty obvious what game it is.My question is, usually when the label is damaged, it's usually there in some respect. Maybe this cartridge went through a similar senario and at some point someone wrote Megaman on it, doesn't have to be the same person that removed the label.
Or maybe it was a bored destructive kid.
