Default Atari To Reissue 85 Classic Games NEWS

Atari is calling its "Atari Anthology" a "time machine," hoping that the 85 classic games will bring you "back to your childhood." The single disc compilation will be released in November for around $20 on both the Xbox and Playstation 2.
"Atari Anthology" will also include twists on the games, such as "trippy mode," "time warp" and "double speed." Atari is not done there, however, as this is only one of Atari's reminiscent projects being pushed into the market.
Another coming release is a slightly miniaturized version of the old Atari 7800, the Atari Flashback, which will have 20 games built into it and will sell for $45. Atari's aim is also for gamers who weren't born before the first PlayStation appeared.

But by all means, please continue the discussion in there; I'll lock this one so we don't have two threads going about the same thing that we'd have to keep up with.

We live in interesting times, do we not?
