One terrible game that comes to mind is the "rare"(ish) Adventures of Kid Kleetz for the SNES, visuals aren't bad but game play totally sucks. Though I haven't played the Intellivision version, Congo Bongo sure seems to suck on its other console incarnations. At CGE I got a chance to play Custer's Revenge, this game is wrong on so many levels, perhaps most imortantly it isn't that fun to play; that is beyond the shock value which lasts exactly 5 minutes.

Rarest + Crappiest game I've played (and owned) would be...heck, I don't know. I don't play much rare and crappy stuff, and I've probably put it out of my mind. I've played some pretty darn average junk in my time, though

I played Action 52 on an emulator a couple times, and it is truly awful.

As for rare games I actually owned, V-Tennis on Playstation was craptastic.
