    Default Weekday Finds: 9/27 - 10/01

Well, I'll kick off the weekday thread with my sunday night run. This run was pretty KICK ASS at the end. Here's what I picked up:

    Bookman's

    3DO - Incredible Machine (complete) - 6
    3DO - Road Rash (complete) - 6
Saturn - Shanghai: Triple Threat (complete) - 5
    Saturn - Doom (complete) - 6
    Saturn - Space Hulk (complete) - 6

Then the night ended with a bang at:

    Gamecrazy

    Saturn - Guardian Hereoes (complete)

    How much did I pay?

9 fucken .99 =D. Shame on the person who traded that in.

    Oh yeah....I also got

    Saturn - Virtual Hydlide (complete) - 4.99

    Lol, such a stupid game.

Quite happy with that run ;D.

I got Wild 9 (PS1, complete) at Gamestop for $2.79. I got Aggressive Inline (PS2, new) for $3.29 after using up $1.79 in store credit.

I passed up Axelay and Super Castlevania IV (SNES) loose at EB yesterday. I will probably go back today while the BOGO coupon is still good...
Currently catching up on PSN, WiiWare, Wii U E-Shop and Xbox Live Arcade exclusives I missed.

Picked up a full set of Tron trading cards from 1982. Full set, including stickers - $10. Plus one unopened pack of those same cards and an unopened pack of Donkey Kong trading cards. - .25 each.

Here's what I passed up - a tabletop Coleco Donkey Kong. Fantastic shape, worked great, had the battery cover, etc. I was stunned to see it at a flea market. Guy was asking $45 for it. I offered $40. "I can get three times that for it on eBay!" he said. And "eBay" just happens to be the magic word that will cause me to walk away from a flea vendor.

Decided to do some eb buy one get one cleaning snes style:

    Eb Games 1

    SNES - Super Turrican
    SNES - Secret Of Evermore
    SNES - Robotrek
    SNES - Lemmings

    About 12 bucks

    Eb Games 2

    SNES - Breath Of Fire
    SNES - Final Fight 3

    6 bucks.

What's even better is I have the boxes for all of these and manuals for most of em ;D. The second EB had a SHITLOAD of carts that they took off the floor and the guy wouldn't print me a list cause he said they were all repeats and would only search for specific titles....sigh....I'll have to go back when the other guy is there.

Ninja Gaiden Shadow ($9.99 sticker price, one cent better than the guide) and an original Game Boy game carrying case (the string of the Game Boy logo was coming out in just one place at the end, nothing major, and this was the cleanest of the ones there, so...), for $2.99 I believe.

    Total, $13.76 I believe.

I might've gotten the Game Boy Color game case, but oh well. I'm pretty happy with what I got.

They had a few copies of Megaman 2 and 3 each, but at $16 or so each I passed. I'm rather surprised the Game Boy MM games don't go for more, as I heard they DID go for a bit of money on eBay.

Could always pick a copy up for somebody if they wanted, though.

    Ebay arrival today:

    • Sega Mega Drive 32X unit
      32X box/manual/packaging
      CONNECTOR CABLE ()
      Conversion cable

Total $34.15 AU. I already had a spare AC adapter and magnetic shielding plates, so I've got myself a complete, working 32X!

    Very pleased.

I hit my local Salvation Army last night and picked up a Virtual Boy w/Controller for 4 bucks. *Dances* Anyone got a power cord and a game they want to sell me so I can see if this thing works?

    PM me!
