1, if you're a non-paying bidder, he's going to turn you over to a COLLECTIONS AGENCY.

whats funny is that even if they deserve a neg/neutral, they will leave you a neg calling you ebay poison and a problem maker.

so if they decide not to ship for a month, and you leave a neutral/neg regarding shipping, you will be left a negative and be called ebay poison. WTF?!

Actually it is. Supposdly, you can be sued over it too. It state's in one of the Terms of use; that if you win something, you are required to purchase it.

All of the negatives I have seen left by them on other people who left neutrals and negs are wrong. They seem to be in the wrong in every instance , yet they wont own upto the problems.
