It's not at all "rare", I've picked up three of them in the past year (they're very popular), each under $15. A boxed one, at least $25.
It's basically Atari 2600 Combat, just the tank battles, but you can play on those cool Battlezone-style dual-sticks and side-by-side (provided you're not a fat slob like me - no one can reach the second set when I plunk myself down in front of the first one)
