It's a Famicom Disk System game. There's some info about it on the bottom of this page:

I actually won the Mario Bros. at $6.11, the low on the site! I'm willing to part with it if there are any takers.

Man I have 3 of those and I paid 50 cents total and mine are not worth much but on that site, the average of mine combined are about 120 bucks. I want to sell them, but their value will probably jsut keep going up.

The guy who bought that Balloon Fight is on a bit of a Game and Watch binge. Check his recent feedback ... he's dropped several thousand dollars on them in the last month or so. Including this one ...
