hold start, and turn on the N64...you can edit the memory card there

np, it should work...but just in case...the only game that handles memory like that, are mostly FPS shooters like DOOM 64 and Hexen..I always kept a copy of Hexen just for such a caseOriginally Posted by tholly

Hell, I think Mario 64 will do it. I could be wrong, though, having not really needed to use an N64 card in a loooong time.

Mario 64 only lets you manage the cart's memory. It doesn't even support the controller pak. However, I think you can access the controller pak's memory management by holding start regardless of what game you have inserted. Of course, if you do it with games that use the controller pak, you'll often get a cool specialized memory management mode.
You have to insert a cart that needs the memory card into the N64 in order to do it. Like was mentioned, put in the cart, hold the start button down, and hit the power button without letting the start button go. Each game has it's own unique file management graphic.
