As a EU collector i am very happy now to own a US SNES, but the thing is missing its AC adapter and has no box

Now i'm looking for a box incl styro (and manual would be nice) and the ac adapter. Box has to be in resonable shape, no big damages.

And for the last part, it has to be shipped to Holland (i can pay by Paypal) ... and i don't know how much shipping would cost me.
I have to say that if shipping kills me i have to cancel the idea of getting a boxed US SNES
