    Does it strike anyone else as odd that an extra n64 controller costs as much as the system itself (which probably includes a controller.)

    Sad but true, just like the expansion pak cost more then the system alone...
    These cartridges are dirty as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore!

    It wasn't 35$ I'm sure - they are just lazy and never relable the stuff. It may have been sitting there for years. The last time I looked they were selling them for 20$ - still high. If you are looking through the N64 stuff they have at ebgames or gamestop - sometimes I have them do a price check on things I'm not sure if i want - about half of the time its a decent amount below the sticker price.
