No, I don't think the items you sold, sold for more than what they have done for a while. Unless of course that is a resealed Chrono Trigger.... which it looks like from the pictures.

As for that lot, yes it went pretty high, but probably just because of a few insane bidders, it's not like lots like that regularly sell for anywhere near that. You'll see that with all systems sometimes.

Hmm...you're saying HERE that the Zelda was "Very Used," but in your auction you state it's in "Very Good" condition.

Which of you am I supposed to believe?

He wasn't lieing on either part. Cause a game can be in good condition and still be used.

and if youre thinking of selling games on that australian ebay site, remember that shipping there would take around 2-4 weeks and cost 30-80 dollars. at least.

Ive shipped stuff to australia with USPS and it has only been around 5-10 for smaller stuff.

I've found shipping to Austraila to be very expensive in the past. I've had a few pissed off buyers in fact because my shipping quote to them was so high but I don't really add a handling charge, I usually round shipping charges up to the next whole dollar.

I generally use the US Post Office's International Shipping Calculator to determine international shipping. As long as you know how much the package weighs you'll get an accurate quote.

Used the calculator. For a small package with priority mail, it will be around 5-9 dollars.

I recently shipped an order to Australia that cost almost $15 for the shipping, but that was for a fairly large amount of stuff. 2 CD's in jewel cases, 1 CD in a cardboard sleeve, 5 manuals, the box they came in, and the packing box.

Technically that Chrono Trigger is sealed, but it definitely isn't an original factory seal.

There are 2 different Global Priority Flat Rate envelopes that can be used to ship video games.
One is $6 an the larger is $9
Shipping a single game overseas can be pretty cheap if you research it first. :P

I was kind of talking about shipping packages that weigh a few pounds as being way expensive. For instance, a 4lb package to Australia is $25.90 for airmail. Yeah, surface mail is cheaper ($11.45) for it takes 4-6 weeks for delivery and from my experience buyers aren't that patient before they start bitching. 4lbs also isn't that hard to hit if you purchase a few games when you add the weight of the box and packing material.
