Default Your most amazing videogame accomplishment

Whazzup?!?! Guess who's back?!?! *thinks* You people probably don't remember me...... Anywho, it's been over a year. But now, I'm here to stay!!! Anyway, I was wondering....what's the most amazing.....ful....ness.....ful thing that you've ever done in a video game? Mine might be....hmmmm......how I beat FF IX Disc 1 in 7:39:20......or FF VII Disc 1 in 13. I dunno........I've done stuff amazing compared to my friends. There is this girl who I hate (annoying.) But, it took her 102 hours to beat disc 1 of FF VII. Then, she whines to me about how boys are better at video games and how it's not fair. Ya, so, anyway (too much usage of that word), post away.... *dramatic music*

it hasnt been over a year, youve only been a member since may 10 2004 ...

most amazing thing ive ever done was beat cyber-lip with only one continue, anyone whos played this game knows how cheap it can be, and without diagonal fire its almost impossible to not die a thousand times.

Here's a couple cool related threads where people mention some good accomplishments. "Games you have beaten on one life," and "Games you have beaten on very first try."

MOD EDIT: I edited the subject thread so it's a bit clearer as to what this conversation's about. "Amazingfulness" as a thread title is pretty vague...

Anyway, here's my big accomplishment. Did it on Halloween this year, in fact:
Sniderman's World Record run on Atari 2600 Halloween
    Still Around...Still Gamin'...

1,000,000 points in Atari 2600 Asteroids, level 9. (Yeah, that's really just an endurance run.)

Discovering the Final Fight nude code. EDIT:

Steel Battalion Mission 13, Armageddon, 100% destruction, using a Falchion.

    Stealing ne146's h0t ch1x.

Doom II, defeating every level in Ultra-Violence starting with onlly the pistol. Well, except level 30... (I know, some people do even more astonishful things, but I felt pretty h4rdc0r3.)

OMG! There's a nude code for Final Fight? Which version? God, I hope it's in the Sega CD! Do you really get to see Haggar naked? I think I'm gonna faint!

Finishing PCE Super Darius CD on one life. I was a different person that day. Insane. Still don't know how I did it.

Seriously though, if there really is a nude code for that game, I wanna know what it is! I've already seen the Naughty Dog Girl in Rings of Power without her top on, so I think it's only fitting that I should see Haggar's ass!

I've finished Battletoads without continuing, Battletoads Battlemaniacs with one continue, I also finished Spelunker (NES) with three lives left.
If they made a movie out of your top five worst sins, what would it be rated?

Finished Ninja Gaiden (NES) in 25 minutes.

Finished Battletoads (NES) three times in a row without using a continue.

Got the gold medals in all license tests in GT3, including for the last S-License test. (beaten their record by one second)

Defeated "King" in Virtua Tennis three times in a row. (He's a tough cookie)

Got all possible passwords for every character in Castlevania 3 (including the second, harder in built game after you finished the game)

Ninja Gaiden II in 13 minutes 5 seconds... until I saw stx-vile's 10:34 run using an emulator. I now think I am just average at the game... :/

My most amazing was FINALLY hitting a million points in Robotron. Now I just have to do it on a real machine to feel true 'completion'

Placing #56 in the online rankings for Top Spin (male singles). This was back when they had 70,000+ people playing.

Now I'm lucky if I can crack the top 200.

My -24 on the first course on "Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour" could be considered pretty impressive, I suppose.

Done without saving after every hole...

    ...'Cause that's BUSH LEAGUE.

Keep in mind, this might not be impressive at all. I don't know of all that many "Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour" afficionados.
