Good Stealth Games?

Siren is one of the best, scariest stealth games ever. Be warned though, its a Survival Horror Stealth game.

When it comes to stealth, nothing, yeah I said it, NOTHING beats the first Tenchu for Playstation.

You could always get MGS 3.

True, or you could also get MGS 2: Substance (or Sons of Liberty) and MGS: The Twin Snaks (or the original for PSone)... Y'know, whichever version you didn't play.

The Mark Of Kri, for PS2. You should be able to find it REALLY cheap.

It's sort of MGS meets Conan meets a platform/adventure/puzzle/fighter game. You HAVE to be stealthy.

The graphics and presentation are incredible. Even the instruction book is super topnotch. It's another one of those HUGE games like Prince Of Persia or Beyond Good And Evil....that went un-noticed.

There's a Mark Of Kri sequel that's nearing it's release date btw.

There are 4 games that "try" to be stealth games MGS, Tenchu, Splinter Cell and Hitman. The thing is they don't even come close to touching the Thief series.

I thought the first Splinter Cell was pretty good. It doesn't have the range of weapons, the boss battles, or the general coolness of MGS, but neither does it have the incessant cutscenes and conversations interrupting the game.

SOCOM II also has some stealth elements, but it's more a tactical squad-based FPS than a pure stealth game.

I had started to lean toward the Splinter cell series recently because of the let down that was MGS2 but that has all changed with METAL GEAR SOLID 3:snake eater I just finished this game and it blew me away the stealth camafloug system is easy to use and the only thing that you have to do to eat a snake or rabbit or whatever is shoot is or step on it then it turns into an item its a very quick and effeicent system I was sooo surprised by this game MGS is back baby!
