    Default Vintage French gaming/computer magazines website

    And now for something (a bit) different: http://www.abandonware-magazines.org which is a French website offering scans of vintage French gaming/computer magazines from the 80s and 90s.

    You can download full issue scans, but please don't download more than one issue at a time.

    Only thing: the site is in French only, but I'm sure you guys will have no problem recognizing the words magazine, Amstrad, Atari, PC...

    BTW, if there's something on the site that you don't understand, just let me know, and I can tell you what it means.

    I sure wish there were a site as comprehensive as this one for vintage American gaming magazines!!!

    For some reason, the French and the British seem to do do a much better job of archiving information about retro games than we Americans do. All we ever seem to keep a record of is all the cheats, with very few exceptions.
