I think NES God had gotten a few Sachen cartridges which had some kind of flaw with them, in craftsmanship, preventing them from working. This is probably why he is testing these carts before selling them.

That flaw is that they're mostly pieces of crap in every way possible. Or the flaw that you put the cart in your system and the cart gets RED hot, and probably would get worse than that if you didn't turn it off.
