Default Whatever happened to Vectorman for the PS2?

I remember reading an article about it and even seeing screenshots for it a couple of years ago? Loved the Sega version

It was canceled quite a bit of time ago.

I had no idea they were going to do a Vectorman game for the PS2!

ARRRRRRRRGGGGHHHHH! That I'm just now finding out about it.

ARRRRRRRRGGGGHHHHH! That I'm discovering it's been cancelled.

    That's two back-to-back ARRRRRRRRGGGGHHHHHs.

Don't feel bad, it looked like a generic FPS, and the storyline was completely different, and much lamer.

Vectorman was human now? What the hell?

It wasn't the Vectorman you are thinking of, it only involved robots. Totally connected. If it were a REAL Vectorman game, it wouldn't have been cancelled.

    EDIT
It wasn't a FPS, it was a TPS (3rd Person Shooter)

It was an actual continuation of the character, completely legit. I did a write up on it a few months back.

Thats really strange. I think it would make the most sence to keep him looking the same, at the very least. Its not like the originals had a very compelling story to them (was there even one?)

Nah, the storyline never was the greatest and the PS2 game was going to justify his appearance change by having him rebuilt from the scrap heap.

    Not exactly deep and involved.
