Default Myst V: End of Ages announced

    http://www.gamespot.com/news/2005/01...s_6116222.html

It supposed to be the final chapter in the Myst series and it'll be developed by Cyan, the original creators of the series (instead of Ubisoft Montreal, who did Myst IV).

Anybody read the books? I hear they’re really good but after reading the reviews I cant tell if each book is a complete story or if they’re just a supplement to the games. Damn reviews...gimme a spec sheet and an excerpt any day.

As for the next Myst..."WORD BITCH! I gotsta get me one!"
Riven is the only game Ive been able to get my wife into. I love to just sit there and wonder what the hell Im missing.

Yup, it seems even the 10th Anniversary DVD set has fallen to around $10 on eBay (last time I checked I thought it was about $20, lol).

Seeing how I have yet to play even the original (grr, too much pain to set up in XP)...it will be one long time before I get this game. :p
