    Default Sealed NES....? Anyone...?

Hey all! I'm still relatively new to this forum thing... and anyway, I'm looking for a SEALED NES. I found myself a sealed Atari today for 15 bucks, and i'm pretty excited. Can anyone help? Thanks!

A sealed vintage system is hard to find....even the mini SNES goes for about $150-$200 sealed. The Nintendo would also be pretty bad. If you really want the system, you're going to have to pay a lot of good money for it. Also, nice find on the Atari.

There is no such thing as a "sealed" nes.

I think she means factory sealed in a box. They DID come factory sealed, didn't they? I remember getting it when I was about 5, and my parents lugging it out of the Toys 'R' Us, but I don't remember if it had was sealed or not.

In the early days of NES, none of the boxes for systems came with a seal or shrinkwrapped, only the games were shrinkwrapped. I have a brand new original NES in my collection. The only way to tell if it's new is by inspection. The cords all have to be factory wrapped, the contents of the box in their proper places and the whole thing should look and smell new.
Lots of luck finding a new NES, like you did the Atari- I'm not sure which would be harder to find new- I just know that you were really lucky to get the Atari for 15$!!! I'll double your money back on it.... no, make that triple your money back on it- 45$ for a sealed Atari -still a sweet deal!!!!
