Default monday find, with a warning (~400kb's)

ok, so i'm strolling down a flea market, browsing between all the madden 94's and nhl's, for the genny, when i see a marble madness. I asked the lady, how much, she says 40 pesos (3.8 bucks) i saw it sealed, so i took the dive.

Anyway, i always open my games to play them (why have them if you can't use them?) so i put it in the nomad, and it's a nogo. Genny 1, same deal... weird.

So i open it up, just to find this!!!

IN WHAT INSANE GOD AWFUL MOMENT OF HUMANITY WAS THIS POSSIBLE!! the thing is, i wanna play it, so i'll try and see if i can fix it, but still, it freaked me out.

Man, that is pretty funky - I mean, it's the last full week of January, who's still got poinsettias out? Are the Christmas lights still up too?

Oh wait, you're talking about that out-of-focus thing in the foreground, aren't you?

I get it...the teeth on the chip are all bent and out of whack...not to mention it looks like the one diode on the left went through the circuit board, rather than being soddered to it. It also looks like the memory chip itself is...warped? O_o

right click left up right down

Anyways yeah the point is the pins looks like someone went at it with a screwdriver and tried to rip the chip off. Sorry man but you look like your S.O.L.

Actually i'm not sure if it was resealed, but it had everything in it, it's in perfect condition on the outside.

The plastic was the common one, the one you found on every other plastic box sega release.
