Madden '94 Question

I picked up a complete copy of Madden '94 for Genesis today for $1. The only reason I picked it up was because of the price, but, then I noticed a sticker on it. The sticker is gold and says EA Sports Limited Edition 1st Round F34288. Is there anything special about this, or is it just like any other copy of the game except for this sticker.

Hmmm.. I'm know that there is a "championship edition" for madden 93 on the genesis that's worth a little bit, but I am unaware of a limited edition 94

i knew the '93 one was rare, but sadly that wasnt there

It was just a limited edition, nothing much. Or at least, it said it was a limited edition. My real guess is that it was like all of the other games but with a sticker slapped on to get more units sold. Just my two cents. Mine also cost a dollar, so I'm guessing you got it from EBGames, tholly?

nope, not EB....i got it at a local game shop in my college town

he had a bunch of $1 genesis sports games, i got 6 and he had nes games boxed and unboxed 5 for $15 so i picked up 5

he has other stuff too, pretty nice store
