Default Easy way to cancel Xbox Live trial?

Is there anyway to do this online without dealing with stupid Microsoft over the phone? Was a pain last time (Been using 2 month free trials).

Call your credit card company and have them block charges from Microsoft (if they can do that). I think MS would get the point
I go online sometimes, but ... everyone's spelling is really bad, and it's ... depressing.

Just call them. 1-800-4MY-XBOX. I just had a year sub. that ran out and they automatically rebilled me for it, so I have to call and cancel and get a chargeback. On the other hand, to try to get me to keep the account, they offered me free games (none of which I was interested in, or didn't already own). They were platinum hits Xbox games and the guy read a list off to me:

    - Counterstrike
    - Rallisport Challenge 2
    - Top Spin
    - Crimson Skies

and there were probably a few more. Anyway, I'd just call them, I've dealt with them before and every now and then you get a decent human on the other line.

EDIT: to clear it up before it happens: I was able to choose ONE game from that list if I kept my account. Not the whole lot.
