    Default Week-day finds 14th - 18th February

Well, I don't see one yet, so I am starting this week's finds thread .. the first time I've started one I think!

Nipped into Oxfam to look for a vase (for fairly obvious reasons, I guess!) .. and discovered :

    Point Blank 2
    Wing Commander IV
    Tekken 3

All complete, £2.50 each. Nice! And found a very nice vase too ... plus whilst I was in there, I got a phone call to say that I had won a competition for two tickets to a poetry night tonight

    Today is MINE!

    Vroomfunkel

edit: 'Ming Commander IV'?!?! I wish had found that!! Sounds ace ... edited for actual find instead though.

Picked up the following games at TRU

    The Mark of Kri (x3)
    Primal (x2)
    Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance
    Manhunt

    PRICE: 25.18

    SAVED 80.89

I plan on keeping Manhunt, as well as one copy of both Primal and The Mark of Kri. The rest of the games I was going to just bring down to EB.

No games yet this week but I might pop into Goodwill and SA after work tonight. But I did score a new computer on ebay last night (well not brand new, but new to me). I've been looking for a new one for a while cuz my laptop finally died. The computer I am on right now is one I normally use for mp3s only. Trust me, a 233MMX is absolutely chronic, even for loading web pages. Anyway, the computer I bought has the following specs:

    PIII 1.6GHz
    512MB RAM
    40GB HDD
    8x4x32 CD-RW
    12x DVD-ROM
    ATI Radeon 7000 (w/ 64MB)
Plus the usual NIC, floppy drive, sound card, modem etc
It even includes a copy of Windows XP plus the discs (and NOT the discs you get with a new PC - it's the full retail version)

The price $129.99 Buy It Now with FREE SHIPPING! I am pretty stoked about it and I think it's a great price.
